We specialise in the sale and manufacture of corrugated packaging and are a stable, right-sized and flexible partner for small and medium-sized businesses. Every customer matters to us.
In the Tampere region and Kihniö, BestPak has in-house packaging design, flexographic and digital printing, rotary and flatbed die-cutting, and folder-gluing. BestPak purchases finished corrugated board and works with coarser flute grades for transport, warehousing and industrial packaging.
BestPak is part of the Orapac Group. Together we provide packaging solutions in board and corrugated board – from small consumer packs to large transport boxes.

The history of BestPak
From a packaging manufacturer in Kihniö to a flexible two-plant partner with a complementary role in the Orapac Group.
BestPak Oy is founded
Operations begin in Kihniö, manufacturing packaging for a furniture factory. As the business and customer base grow, facilities and machinery are renewed and the workforce expands.
Production in Pirkkala
Growth continues and a second production plant opens in Pirkkala. The machinery becomes more versatile while production also continues in Kihniö.
Pirkkala expansion
BestPak responds to continued growth by expanding its production and office facilities in Pirkkala.
Part of the Orapac Group
BestPak becomes a subsidiary of Oy Orapac Ab. Expertise from Oravais, Pirkkala and Kihniö and the companies’ complementary product ranges form a stronger whole.
Aution Laatikkotehdas
On 1 June, BestPak acquires the business operations of Aution Laatikkotehdas Oy. The range expands to include die-cut and multi-point-glued structures as well as packaging supplies.
New warehouse in Kihniö
A new 800 m² warehouse is completed in Kihniö to support growing production and flexible deliveries.

From a standard box to a custom solution.
BestPak offers stocked standard boxes and custom solutions. Typical order sizes for conventional corrugated board are approximately 10–100,000 packages. By agreement, customer-specific packaging can be held in our warehouse for faster call-offs and deliveries. Orapac completes the range with high-quality offset-printed folding cartons and mini- and microflute packaging.
