How we process your application

The company operating the factory you select is the controller of your personal data.

Data controller

Oy Orapac Ab is responsible for applications to Oravais. BestPak Oy is responsible for applications to Pirkkala and Kihniö.

Data and purpose

We process your name, contact details, factory choice, application text, CV and cover letter to receive, assess and contact you about your application.

Legal basis

Processing is necessary to take steps at your request before a possible employment contract and for our legitimate interest in conducting and documenting a secure recruitment process.

Recipients and retention

Access is limited to people involved in recruitment and contracted IT and email providers. Data is processed within the EU/EEA and retained for no more than six months.

You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction and object to processing. We do not use automated assessment or profiling. You may lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.
