Printed industrial packaging solution

From small businesses to demanding industrial flows

We develop and manufacture industrial and transport packaging for companies of every size and sector. The solution may be a small batch for a hobby business, a recurring delivery to an established industrial company or a structure designed for an advanced logistics flow.

Our packaging materials are used in many types of automated packing lines. The structure is developed for the specific machine method, material requirements and tolerances rather than as a universal solution. The product, packing method, stacking, storage and transport are considered as one system.

01

Orapac – visual quality in carton and fine flute

Orapac focuses on small and medium-sized packaging where protection, function and strong visual identity must work together. The main materials are carton, F-flute microflute and E-flute mini-flute. An offset-printed liner is litho-laminated to corrugated board, creating a smooth surface, accurate colour reproduction and high print quality for consumer products, retail and industry.

02

Bestpak – robust protection for storage and transport

Bestpak specialises in larger and heavier products and robust solutions for warehousing, logistics and transport. B-, C- and BC-flute provide load capacity, stacking strength and protection. The structure is dimensioned for the product, load, pallet and handling chain, from individual shipping cases to large pallet containers.

From trial run to an automated packing line and logistics flow

We combine structure, material, printing and logistics so the packaging performs throughout the supply chain.

Trial runs and verification

For new machine-packed solutions, we produce trial or test runs that are tested at the customer before regular series production. We are happy to participate, gather feedback from the packing line and operators, and fine-tune the structure.

Pallet and transport optimisation

We consider the entire logistics chain and optimise box dimensions, packing and pallet utilisation for the customer's pallet and transport requirements. The aim is efficient material use, less unnecessary air and the most effective transport setup possible without compromising protection.

More efficient handling

Structure, gluing, bottom, locking, feed direction and tolerances can be adapted to the packing line requirements within the technical possibilities.

Printing to match the need

Offset, flexographic or digital printing is selected according to the material, visual quality, order volume and intended use of the packaging.

Volumes for different needs

We can supply anything from very small batches to orders of several hundred thousand packages. Sizes range from a small matchbox to a large pallet container.

Regional deliveries

Our principal markets are the Nordic and Baltic countries. The delivery model is planned around order volume, storage needs and the customer's consumption.

Frequently asked questions about industrial packaging

Straight answers to questions commonly raised at the start of a packaging project.

Which flute profile is suitable for our product?

The choice depends on product weight and sensitivity, pack dimensions, stacking, palletisation, transport and desired print quality. We assess the requirements and propose carton or an F-, E-, B-, C- or BC-flute structure.

Can you manufacture a small trial run?

For new machine-packed solutions, we produce trial or test runs that are tested at the customer before series production. We are happy to participate, gather feedback from the packing line and operators, and fine-tune the structure.

Can the packaging be adapted to our packing machine?

Yes. Structure, gluing, bottom, locking, feed direction and tolerances are adapted to the machine requirements within the technical possibilities. We need the machine specifications, the box and material types it handles, its dimension and tolerance ranges, and how the pack is erected, transported and closed in the line.

Can you help optimise pallets and transport?

Yes. We optimise box dimensions, packing and pallet utilisation for the customer's pallet and transport requirements. The aim is efficient material use and an effective transport setup without compromising product protection.

Which printing methods can we choose?

We offer offset, flexographic and digital printing. The choice is based on material, graphic requirements, volume, cost and whether the packaging is primarily intended to sell, inform or transport.

Which order volumes and sizes can you supply?

We handle anything from small batches to orders of several hundred thousand packages. Sizes range from a small box to large shipping cases and pallet containers.

What must the packaging protect and how will it be handled?

Tell us about the product, dimensions, weight, packing method and transport chain. We can then propose the right material, structure and printing method.
