Planning

Carton or corrugated board is selected for protection, print and logistics.

Prepress
Artwork, colours and die lines are checked before printing.

Production
The packaging is printed, die-cut, glued and quality checked.

Delivery
Finished packaging is delivered according to the agreed schedule.

Warehousing
When needed, we store larger runs and deliver them in agreed batches.

Packaging design
We develop the structure, material selection, CAD drawing and prototype in close cooperation with the customer. The solution is adapted to product protection, packing flow, transport and brand requirements before production begins.

Prepress
During prepress we check and adapt artwork, colours, images, fonts and die lines before printing. Careful preparation reduces errors and ensures the design works with the selected structure, printing method and material.

Print technologies
Orapac has in-house offset production for cartonboard and E- and F-flute. BestPak complements this with flexographic and digital printing for coarser corrugated grades. The method is selected according to artwork, material, volume and required finish.

Effects & finishing
Spot varnish, foiling, embossing and other surface treatments highlight selected details and add a tactile quality. Finishing can strengthen the brand, create contrast and give the product a more premium appearance in retail or delivery.
