Packaging developed for your product
We combine Orapac’s expertise in premium offset printing, carton, mini-flute and micro-flute with Bestpak’s knowledge of stronger corrugated grades, transport and logistics. The result is made-to-measure packaging in which material, construction and print form a functional, cost-effective and visually strong solution.
The product and application come first
We assess product size, weight and sensitivity, packing and handling methods, transport and storage conditions, visual requirements and delivery volumes. The construction can be designed for manual packing, a crash-lock base or automated packing lines.
A well-designed construction protects the product, reduces void fill, simplifies packing and makes better use of storage and transport space.
- Product dimensions, weight and special protection needs
- Manual packing, crash-lock base or packing machinery
- Required print quality and brand experience
- Transport route, stacking and storage conditions
- Delivery batches and warehousing options
Material selected for function and appearance
Carton
For smaller consumer and product packaging requiring good formability, mechanical durability and an excellent printing surface. Options include crash-lock bases, windows and embossing.
Mini- and micro-flute
E- and F-flute combine rigidity and protection with a smooth surface for premium offset printing. The printed liner is produced and laminated to corrugated board in Orapac’s own production.
Robust corrugated board
Stronger corrugated grades suit larger products, stacking, warehousing, transport and demanding supply chains. Bestpak also develops large constructions and POS materials.
Print and finishing
Packaging can be supplied printed or unprinted. We select offset, flexographic or digital printing according to artwork, material, volume, quality and cost. Spot varnish, foiling, embossing, windows or inside printing can complete the appearance.
From prototype to delivery
We produce prototypes and sample packs before series production. Typical order sizes for carton, F-flute and E-flute packaging are approximately 500–500,000 units. Capacity and production setup are assessed according to the product, structure, material and order plan. Under a warehousing agreement, customer-specific packaging can be held in our warehouse for faster call-offs and deliveries.
